The City Mini is an ordinary full-size stroller. It's only notable for being lightweight and compact. It also excels across all categories, though it does not score higher than some of the competition due to a poorly placed peek-a-boo window and storage that's a bit restricted.
This is a great stroller for families that need something to get them through the everyday and occasional adventures. It has a very wide footrest and is well cushioned, so the little ones will be able to relax. The seat reclines quite flat however it took us two hands to do. The adjustable calf supports are a nice feature that will allow your child's feet to kick up when they're tired.
As with many of the strollers we have reviewed The City Mini has a huge canopy that is UV50 and which parents rave about. The sun shade is designed beautifully and can be pulled completely down. This is fantastic because it shields your child from the sun, without the need to constantly put the shade back into place.
Another fantastic aspect of the City Mini is that it is able to be converted into double strollers by attaching an accessory kit. You can use any Baby Jogger car-seat and create a travel system right from the beginning. The only drawback is the fact that adding a second seat to the stroller alters its appearance and feel. Some parents might be unable to handle this once they become accustomed to it.
The City Mini GT Double Stroller is another alternative to the City Mini. This model is slightly pricier than the single City Mini, but it has additional features, including "forever-air" rubber tyres. It also has suspension, which is suitable for off road adventures. It has an adjustable handlebar as well as a parking brake that is operated by hand and a more streamlined design than the regular City Mini.
